Mr. President, as I type these words, my A Levels alma mater, St. Patrick’s High School, Iten is on fire. The season of madness, nay, the season of teenage terrorism has finally reached my High School that is built on Irish Catholic ethos and tradition.
We cannot wait for 200 schools to burn before the madness is ended. Invoke your executive power and close all schools. The heavens will not fall if all secondary schools are closed for one year. Extra-ordinary times demand extra-ordinary actions. Now is the time.
There is no difference between ISIL terrorism and this raging teenage terrorism.

To paraphrase William Shakespeare in Hamlet: “The students have Fell into a sadness, then into a fast, Thence to a watch, thence into a weakness, Thence to a lightness, and by this declension, Into the madness wherein they now rave”
Let the Schools be closed, till the lunar year of silliness and terrorism ends.
